Here's how an assessment request works with Atlas Numérique : step by step, from your message to a written proposal when relevant.
Step 1 : Your message (5 minutes)
The form asks for essentials: name, business, email, phone, team size, and optionally your biggest IT headache ("email keeps failing," "no backups," etc.).
No credit card. No download. No account to create.
Step 2 : Our reply (within 1 business day)
We read every request personally. We reply by email or phone to schedule a short discovery chat (30–45 minutes), in French or English : your choice.
If timing, location, or scope don't match, we say so directly.
Step 3 : Discovery call (30–45 min)
We cover practical questions:
- How many people, how many devices (Windows, Mac, mobile)?
- Who handles IT today?
- Email: Microsoft 365, Google, other?
- Backups: is there a plan? When was a restore last tested?
- Security: MFA in place? Recent incidents?
- What worries you most right now
We explain how a managed IT retainer works (monitoring, patching, support, M365). Every business is different; a proposal follows the call if you want to go further.
Step 4 : Custom proposal (if relevant)
Within two business days after the call, you receive a written quote: scope included and excluded, recommended package, M365/RMM pass-through if applicable, and next steps.
You decide : sign, think it over, or pass.
What we don't do
- We don't connect to your systems without written agreement.
- We don't charge for the assessment or discovery call.
- We don't sell hardware or software you don't need.
- We don't promise a "starting at" price on the website : the proposal reflects your reality.
Why start with an assessment?
A serious SMB wants to see how you work before committing. The assessment lets us see whether we can work together : and gives you useful priorities even if you don't sign right away.
